當菲律賓試圖用輿論混淆真相時，
臺灣還沉浸在關起門來的正義。
未武裝的臺灣漁民，在台菲共同海域捕魚，遭到菲律賓公務船無情的喋血槍殺。
半個世紀來，臺灣漁民悲慘的捕魚歷史，面對菲律賓，漁民被擄、被殺、被轟炸……家屬只能祈禱或帶著經濟重擔與無限思念渡過餘生。
臺灣人要的很簡單，不過是：
1、菲律賓鄭重的道歉
2、菲政府對受難者對家屬的賠償（非來自菲人民同情的善款）
3、保障臺灣漁民未來合理捕魚的安全協議

Unarmed Taiwan fishman was being blooded killed by Phillippine goverment vessel when they are legally fishing at the Overlapped Exclusive Economic Zone between Taiwan and Phillipines.
It's been over 5 decades since Taiwan fishman being kidnapped、killed、bombed by Philippine goverment.
Family of Taiwan fishman can only prayed or carry the financial pressure and eternal missing for the rest of their lives.
What Taiwan people need is simple：
1. Phillippine goverment's sincere and official apology.
2.Compensation for victim's family from Phillippine goverment.(Not donation from Phillippine people) 3.Official policy agreement to protect Taiwan fishman's safety.
